Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each recurring order unless you choose to cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 28 days to help ensure your delivery arrives promptly, and your routine remains uninterrupted.

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails.

To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, any subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing date. After this period, your order may already be in processing or prepared for dispatch, as we aim to pack and send orders as promptly as possible.


 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food or consumable items once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds for that billing cycle.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
